Rates and Pricing

Come spend the day with us! Below are the rates for use of the ranch. Please call us at 903-396-7HOG if you would like to make reservations or ask any questions.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS - April 1, 2007 - March 31, 2008
* Includes ALL events during the year

- $200.00 per person with 1 ATV (Age 16 and Up)
- $150.00 per person with 1 ATV (Age 5 to 15) [Must have Parent/Legal Guardian Membership]
- Free (under 5 without ATV)

- A separate membership form will be filled out on each person with a different membership number than weekly.

- Between now and March 31st, we will offer payment plans. 40% down (minimum of $100.00), then 2 payments.

- These people will not receive their membership cards until paid in full, but will be on the membership list at front gate.

RV HOOK-UPS
- $250.00 per month to live at the RV Park.
- $150.00 per month to leave the RV at full hook-ups.
- $30.00 per month to store RV at the Park.
- $15.00 per night.

ATV STORAGE
- $20.00 per month, (in fenced area)
